Emhance Item Return Policy
At Emhance, we are committed to delivering high-quality equipment and ensuring customer satisfaction. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may be eligible to return your item under the conditions outlined below.
Eligibility for Returns

• Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

• Products must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags, manuals, and components intact.

• Custom, made-to-order, or clearance items are non-returnable unless defective.

• Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.

Non-Returnable Items

• Used or damaged gear (unless due to a manufacturing defect)

• Digital products or downloads

• Training materials such as opened books or accessed video content

• Gift cards

Return Process

1. Contact Us: Email info@emhance.com with your order number, item details, and reason for return.

2. Authorization: Once approved, you will receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and shipping instructions.

3. Shipping: Return the item using a tracked and insured service. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

4. Inspection & Refund: Upon receiving the return, we will inspect the item and process your refund or exchange within 7–14 business days.

Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at support@emhance.com. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs.
Refunds

• Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

• Refunds exclude original shipping fees (unless the return is due to our error).

• You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been processed.

Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item once your return is approved.
